Efficient search function

The search bar in the dashboard allows you to find contracts in seconds. Various contract details such as the subject matter of the contract, specific characteristics or the location of the contractual partner are taken into account.

Detailed search

The advanced search function allows you to analyse contracts in greater depth and compare them with each other. Select the contract type, set specific filter criteria and evaluate the contracts in a targeted manner. The following types of contracts are included: service contract, rental contract, insurance contract or maintenance contract.

Deadline management

The deadline manager allows you to record the term and cancellation date. You can also set up automatic notifications at specified intervals to ensure you are reminded in good time.

Seamless integration with M365

Thanks to the direct connection to Microsoft 365, emails and attachments can be conveniently saved from Outlook and assigned to the relevant contracts or files.
